Buying pants when you are short and fat is almost impossible unless you want to either 1) spend a ton of money or 2) look like a matron.

Also, I desperately need a pair of brown knee high boots.

Ann Taylor is good for work clothes. I would definitely go there with you sometime (probably not this weekend though).
