(no subject)

I am sore all over. I've got a pain relieving patch on my knee and one on my lower back, but I could probably use at least a couple more. We got a lot of painting done over the weekend, but didn't finish all the rooms in the house (I knew we couldn't possibly come anywhere close to finishing.), but when I left, most of the house was presentable. I just wish the real estate agent hadn't been so anxious to get the house listed, because we could easily spend several more days fixing the place up. For better or for worse, though, the house is on the market, and we'll see what happens. The housing market on the Peninsula isn't as hot and heavy as Seattle, so it's not likely to sell right away, but the process is started. I didn't think my mom would ever sell that house, and with all of us gone, it is simply too big for her. Once it's sold, then we get to go help her pack up and move (to wherever it is she's going to move. That hasn't been decided yet.) which is my second favorite thing to do of all time, right after painting houses.

I need a black tennis skirt (not skort, I hate wearing skorts) or similar and I cannot find one. Anybody know a store in the area that has some in stock? Although I technically have time to find one online and order it, I'd rather try it on to make sure I get the right size.

I am exhausted, but wide awake.

I just finished Season 1 of Deadwood, and I can't wait to get into Season 2. Now I'm watching some Scrubs, what a mood shift.
